Seattle- Sunday

Sunday, like all the other days, we met up with the Halifax family and started our sight seeing adventures. This is a picture of Mount Rainer that I took from the car.
Our first stop was Gas Works Park.We couldn't miss out on a family portrait with the city behind us.
Taryn had so much fun in Seattle.
And here are the Dads being goofy as always!
We had a picnic at Gas Works park just like in Taryn's book.
Taryn thought she was just as cool as her Daddy in her new shades!
And we couldn't miss out on getting a picture of both babes in shades!
After the picnic we walked down to see the houseboats like in Sleepless in Seattle
Then we headed over to the Locks and Botanical garden. I loved the Locks because I though it was so cool how they transfer the boats from the freshwater to the salt water when there is a 26 foot difference in the water level!
Taryn liked the Fish Ladder better.
And of course she had to do her exercises after sitting in the stroller for so long!
Here are Nick and Taryn by the Locks
That night after dinner we walked from our hotel down to the waterfront to all the cool shops and of course the water. Taryn loved putting her feet in.
So we tried putting them in the fountain too.
Then we headed back to relax for the night.
