Happy 7th Birthday Jake (and first day of soccer plus so much more!)

Saturday morning we had to get up early on Jake's birthday because he had his first day of soccer at 8:00. He opened his gifts and headed out to start our busy day.

Soccer was fun and they did a great job playing without any subs.

From soccer Jake went to Trey's house to play for a while and Mommy and Taryn went to make homemade sauce with the Browns at Anna's mother's house. It was fun to see how its all done.

Then at noon it was time to watch Jarrett in his first day of soccer. He didn't love it as much as Jake, but he went on the field and held Daddy's hand while he played. For both teams Daddy is the assistant Coach and R.A. Mobile is the coach. They make a great team.

After soccer Jake and Trey had a birthday party at Camp Nabby for Ty's birthday. So Lauren, Amanda and Mommy took the other kids to paint pottery at A Time to Kiln.

Then they headed back to the house and the Browns, Mobiles, Currys, Grieves and Uncle TJ came over to celebrate Jake's birthday in an impromptu birthday party. They ordered 150 wings and had lots of treats and snacks.

It was a super busy, but amazing day.

Jake there is so much we can say about you as you turn 7. You are still a very energetic, fun-loving kid who can make friends with anyone and loves sports. You come home and immediately want to go in the backyard to play a sport (usually baseball). You are getting so big, yet you still love to cuddle with Mommy all the time. You are very silly sometimes and get into trouble at home when you team up with your brother to do mischievous things. When you grow up you want to be a baseball player.
