Taryn's End of the Year Celebration

Today Mommy, Daddy and Jake went to watch Taryn's "Moving Up Ceremony" at her End of the Year Celebration. It was VERY cute the kids came in sang a few songs and got their little diplomas and walked over a bridge. Taryn did not think it was all that cute and was a little overwhelmed by there being so many adults there watching.

Here she is with Eileen trying to make her feel better (Bobby is on the left and Cosmo on the right)
Videos of the kids coming into the ceremony and singing

She eventually did not want to stand up there anymore so spent a little bit sitting with Mom and then eventually went back up to sing and "move up" with Mom's help.

Video of Taryn and Mommy getting her "diploma"

Pictures with two of her favorite teachers... Georgeann and kisses from Phyllis!

And what else would you do with a diploma except use it as a telescope :)
Then she had some refreshments with her friend Lucas and her other friends. Mommy decided that it would be a good time to take a few pictures of Taryn's Hall of Art at our house for everyone to see. these are some of the art projects that came home from school with Taryn this year.
She really loved school this year because of the warm, loving , nurturing environment of First Hebrew Nursery School and especially the extra special care her teachers took of her. It was a great first year of school for Taryn.

Then she went to her last swim class of the session strait from her school. Here she is in the locker room after the lesson with Isabella.

I love her hallway art gallery!! We're stealing your idea since art won't stick to our new stainless fridge, and we have started putting the girls art work on their bedroom doors. I love that Taryn gets a whole hallway to herself!
