Miss Perigrine's Premiere
Monday, Mommy and Daddy went with Troy and Andrea to The Miss Perigrine's premiere in the city. Jarrett enjoyed doing a photo shoot of Mommy in her dress. He was very specific on the poses. The movie was good and the party afterwards was at Saks Fifth Avenue. It was a long night, but the kids were excited to hear the next morning that Mommy and Daddy saw Zac Efron. They didn't know any of the other people Mommy and Daddy told them about. Grandma and Grandpa had come to visit and babysit for the night. They had fun finding things in the woods and making a "house" out of it.

Another Game, Another Touchdown
Sunday morning Jake had football. Mommy only got to stay for 15 minutes of his game because she had Deb's baby shower, but she was there long enough to see his score this touchdown (and get tackled by John Wayne in the end zone). Jake also had baseball that afternoon. I'm not sure if Daddy got any pictures of that though.

Another Busy Saturday!
Saturday was super busy as usual in the Fall. It started with Jake's 8:00 soccer, which Mommy had to take him from 10 minutes early so he could make it to his 9:40 Karate belt test.
He did a great job and got his orange/ white belt.
The belt test was an hour and a half, so the family didn't have too much time for lunch before heading to Jarrett's 12:00 soccer. He did a great job at soccer this week even though he insisted before soccer that he didn't want to play. The other kids walked the path to Ben Franklin and rolled down the hill with Uncle Jim.
Then at 2:00 Mommy and Daddy dropped Taryn and Jarrett off to Mama to go paint pottery and Jake went to his baseball game. They got their uniforms and they were the purple team this season. Jake chose #11 so that he could have the same # as on Mommy's purple softball jersey.
Kevin came over to play after baseball and the other two kids played with Egidio at Mama and Papa's.
