Busy Day

Today has been just as busy as most days are for us... but Mommy has a lot more pics of the day than usual. Before Taryn went to Baby Rhymes at the library I tried getting her to play ball with me... I didn't really work out. The ball kept falling down that device she is in.

Then after they got back they did a little more packing for our trip... we leave tomorrow night. Mommy thought maybe it would be cool if Taryn helped from inside the suitcase. She seemed to like it. I wonder where my bag is?

Then we watched a little Sesame Street and played with my soccer ball.

That made Taryn pretty tired, so she went to sleep in her swing. I usually try to wake her up by putting balls on her, so Mommy set up a barricade.

That is OK I needed some rest anyway. We still have a lot of day left!

Yesterday when Taryn was riding in the car she got her toy stuck on her leg.

Weekend Fun...

This weekend was busy for Mommy, Daddy and Taryn... like most others...

On Saturday They all went to their friend Meghan's 3rd birthday party. They said it was tons of fun.

Taryn even got to play in their ball pit. :)

Then on Sunday Mommy and Taryn ditched Dad and I and went to their friend Jen's baby shower in Massachusetts. Taryn couoldn't believe all the great stuff she got.

And she got to see her friend Amelia, who was born 1 month after Taryn.

Then on Monday she went over to visit with Amelia, her brother Aiden, Her parents Jody and Matt, and MOmmy's other friends, Jen, Sarah and Jenna. They had a really good time there too.
Taryn got to go in the pool with Aiden. He was really good at sharing his toys with her.

While Mommy and Taryn were in Massachusetts, Daddy and I spent some quality time together (and with Uncle Jim for his BIRTHDAY!!!!) . Daddy also got to see Dark Knight, which made him very happy. Like I said it was another busy weekend!

Family Beach Day

Today, Mommy and Taryn went to visit with Aunt Denise, Aunt Laraine, Aunt Jen, Aunt Rachel, Aunt Erin, and her cousins at the beach.
It was a lot of fun.
There were swings for Taryn to go on.

And a sandbox to play with her cousins Grace and Jack in.

They were really glad that Aunt Denise told them about this cool place

And that Aunt Erin was there from Boston!

Taryn also made a new friend, Ella.

It was a really great day. Hopefully we get to do it again real soon.

Taryn Eating AGAIN!

Yesterday Papa and Grandma had to come babysit Taryn and I so that Mommy and Daddy could go see Melvin and Cindy's new baby girls Layla! Mommy forgot her camera in the car so there are no pictures of Layla (Mommy says sorry Auntie Jen!) but this is Papa feeding Taryn.

What a trouble maker!

This is the bouncy seat Taryn always sits in while Mommy takes a shower... well today she decided she was going to start causing trouble by taking stuff off the shelf. This is what Mommy saw when she looked out of the shower because Taryn was "too quiet" Good thing there wasn't more stuff there for her to grab.

Happy Anniversary!

Two years ago today I was exactly 1 week old... but Mommy and Daddy were busy getting Married!

They had a lot of fun!!!

And did a lot of kissing!

I asked them if they wanted a present for their anniversary... but they said they have the two best presents already... I don't get it... what could they be?

Last night Daddy took Papa and Uncle Jim to the Yankee's game for their birthdays! Luckily he remembered the camera so I could make a post about it.

They had a really great time and the Yankees won.
They also got to see the outside of the new stadium! They will have to go again next year to see the Yanks play here. Mommy, Taryn and I will stay home again... unless they are playing the RED SOX!!!!! Happy Early Birthdays !

Happy Birthday Uncle TJ

Yesterday was Uncle TJ's Birthday!! Mommy, Daddy and Taryn went over to the Ruggierio house with Uncle TJ to celebrate with his parents. They got to do fun stuff like swim, eat a delicious dinner and eat cake and brownies. Thanks to the Ruggierios for having them over.

Taryn can't believe how old Uncle TJ is.

She was very excited to play with the Ernie doll that was Uncle TJ's when he wasn't so old :)

But it got to be a little late for Taryn and not even Ernie could cheer her up. Oh well Happy Birthday anyway!

Taryn Stuff

Taryn and I did some more playing outside today. We both love the outdoors.

And today Taryn got a treat. Mommy put frozen peaches in this device so that Taryn can chew on them without choking. She loved it.

Birthdays!

Today is My second birthday (in dog years I am officially 14)!!!!! And Taryn is 6 months old today, making it her 1/2 birthday! Mommy loves half birthdays so we get to celebrate twice a year at least!
Taryn thinks that is pretty cool! So of course for our birthdays Mommy made cupcakes... that neither one of us can eat! :)

But also gave me treats shaped like a 2. She is so lame!I wanted to show you how big I am getting. This is a picture of me when I was 6 months old and then a more recent one.

And Taryn is getting big too. At her 6 month check up she weighed 15 pound 15 ounces and was 25 1/2 inches tall. She sits up and plays in the tub now and loves it! She loves anything with water!She also loves to eat her baby food and play with her toys a lot more...

And her absolute favorite thing to try to do now is walk.

The Halifax Family Visits!

This weekend our friends Aaron, Reagan and Aubrey came to stay with us!
Taryn and Aubrey had a great time playing again.

Taryn is 3 weeks older and tries to show Aubrey how to do things, like eat the tags on this ball.

Father's Day Gift?!?

Finally Daddy was able to hang up his Father's Day gift. For part of Daddy's gift Mommy and Taryn got his signed movie posters framed professionally. This one is the movie that Taryn's name is in....

So we surprised Daddy and had her sign it too!

He was very glad we thought to do that!

"You have a baby...in a bar..."

Last night Mommy and Daddy took Taryn to a bar... to get her in they had to have her wear this fake mustache. (She really did wear the mustache it was a sticky one, but it was a pub and you can bring kids)

Taryn thought it was boring and slept most of the time, since there isn't much for a baby to do there.

But at least she wasn't drinking while she was pregnant like Auntie Jen... Just Kidding!!! She is holding Uncle Paul's beer! hehe
