Arizona

This weekend Mommy and Taryn did a lot of watching softball because the Women's College World Series started. They were cheering for their favorite team the Arizona Wildcats!

They didn't do so well this year which didn't make them very happy.

Taryn was still upset about it in the car.

Oh well, there is always next year!

She loves me

I know I have already told you that Taryn loves me... but this video proves it. I just go near her and she smiles. What a weirdo!

I love oatmeal.. Taryn kinda does!

Yesterday Mommy let Taryn try oatmeal... she liked it better than that other stuff... but still wasn't a huge fan.

She loves to try and feed herself though.

Mommy let me try it too and I loved it!!!

New Shades

Last night when Grandma came over for dinner she brought Taryn lots of fun stuff.

These are the cool new shades she got.

I wanted to try them out... but I broke them accidentally. Oops! Sorry Taryn.

New Pool

Today was really warm so Mommy filled up our new pool for us. We really liked it. I just drink from it right now, but Taryn actually goes in, wearing of course one of her many bathing suits. She should have plenty of time to practice so that she is a pro when she starts her swimming lessons July 1st!

Long weekend

Hey everyone! Sorry we haven't updated in a while. We went to Massachusetts for the long weekend. It was a ton of fun.... but of course Mommy's camera ran out of batteries so we don't have pictures of all the family and friends Taryn and I got to visit with. But we are going back up again soon so we will take pictures then.

These are the pictures of the view Mommy and Daddy had from their table at cousin Erin and Bryan's wedding in Boston! It looks really nice and they had a good time. We stayed with Grandma at home. I kept her busy because Taryn was rude and kept sleeping :)

Teething?

Yesterday Mommy bought Taryn a replacement part for the Exersaucer because she keeps getting frustrated trying to pull the toys into her mouth... I think she has been watching me too much because she wants to put EVERYTHING in her mouth now. Anyway she loves this new fishy part as you can see.

But now she gets frustrated when the other ones don't reach her mouth!

Deck...so far *updated*

Here are some pictures from the new deck... well the almost finished new deck. We didn't actually get to put up the railings because we were missing all the balusters. Oops! We love the deck anyway! It is really nice... Thanks to everyone who helped build it in the rain.

"No Taryn, you will be fine... you can't walk or crawl yet!"

Icky Weather

Today it is cool and raining on and off... We tried to go outside but it started to rain... so I have spent most of the day sleeping

And letting Taryn play on me.

She loves to pretend ride me like a horse.

Big Girl Food?

So the doctor said Taryn could start on rice cereal... she did not care for it too much though.

Laundry time

Taryn was "helping" Mommy with the laundry... She not that great at helping yet.

This is when she realized, "Hey am I supposed to be in here."

Taryn is 4 Months!

Taryn wanted me to post and tell everyone she is now 4 months old!
This is her saying, "Hey everybody, I am 4 months old!"

This is the cookie cake that Mommy made her to celebrate... Mommy doesn't care I guess that Taryn can't eat that yet!

But Taryn was still so happy she was trying to jump for joy.

Mommy and Daddy stood her up to see how tall she was...

Oops.. not tall enough for the cute height chart yet! But don't worry the doctor will tell us how tall she is!

This is Taryn on her way to the doctors... she looks a little nervous...But she doesn't remember what happens at the doctors obviously or she would be a bit more nervous!Ahhhh... she remembers!!!
She got 3 shots today, 2 hepatitis and a tetanus and 1 drink immunization.

Don't worry Daddy felt bad...

and made her all better!

Anyway we found out at the doctors that Taryn weighs 13 pounds 6 ounces and is 24 1/2 inches tall. She is going to start eating rice cereal once a day now too! Overall she is a very healthy baby girl! All very exciting!

Walkin' in the Rain

Today Mommy, Taryn and I set out for a nice walk in the park like we do everyday... we even watched the weather (like Mommy insists on always doing) before we went. Well we set out on our journey with the bright sun beaming down on us and blue skies (not Daddy's work), but about 30 minutes into it started pouring. Luckily Mommy had a hat for Taryn because of the sun (she was in her Baby Bjorn not a stroller)... but we all got pretty wet. And Taryn didn't mind at all she actually kind of liked it! Anyway here are some pictures from when we got home.

Here she looks kind of shocked about the whole situation... she is probably just wondering why Mommy is taking her picture instead of getting her out of her car seat.

And then Mommy and Taryn took a nice warm shower to get all snuggly again.

What a day at the park.. Mommy says good thing she changed out of the the white T-shirt... I don't get it!

Daddy's Softball

Last night Mommy took Taryn to go watch Daddy's softball game. They didn't win last night but now they are 1-1, which isn't too bad. They get to go again on Monday... but not me, Mommy says I am too hyper for the games.

Gardening with Mom!

This weekend Grandma helped Mommy and Taryn pick out bushes and flowers to go around the house. Mommy finished planting the flowers with us today!

We had a lot of fun!

And got lots of work done!

Mommy said I wasn't much of a help because I kept trying to eat the water she was using to water the plants and taking the pots the flowers had been in... but I was really helping her get rid of them. This picture is for Mommy's friend Reagan who has been asking to see the new siding (don't worry the bushes will grow bigger mommy says)
