Mommy's Trip to the ER

Since Daddy took the picture we might as well add it to our family history :-) Thursday night Daddy took Mommy to the ER. Over the past month Mommy has been getting dizzy throughout the day... Wednesday night Mommy woke up because she was so dizzy and nauseous...Thursday night it got really bad around the kids bed time so they went just to get checked out... and they found nothing. But Mommy got a few IVs and followed up with her doctor the next day. She will continue to see doctors the next few weeks to try to get to the bottom of it.

Muscoot with Nick

Thursday since the boys didn't have school Mommy took them to meet up with Jake's friend Nick C at Muscoot Farm They had lots of fun!

Mommy's First Soccer Game

Wednesday night Mommy had her first soccer game since high school. The games are at 9:00 at night, and a bit chilly... but Mommy said she had lots of fun. Here is a picture of her with her friend Suzanne. They both did great and can't wait for next week!

Taryn's First Hip Hop Class

Wednesday Taryn had her first hip hop dance class. She seemed to really be enjoying herself until the end and Mommy thinks she got overwhelmed by the pace since last year she did ballet and tap.She is going to try again this week and see how she likes it.

Jake's 4 Years Old!

Jake-a-roo-hoo is officially 4! So hard to believe but it is true. He is growing more mature each day (no thanks to Daddy and his fart jokes :-)) and is definitely becoming his own person. He is still the sweetest little boy, he is very empathetic, cuddly and loves hugs. He gets more alone time with Mommy now, and they have been exploring some of his interests while Taryn is at school and Jarrett is napping. They have been playing board game, lots of legos and just hanging out... But he is also still a wild little boy (as he should be). He loves all sports especially baseball and is getting really, really good at it. He loves to be outside climbing trees and running around. He also likes Star Wars, Ninja Turtles and Power Rangers right now. He is super helpful with anything Mommy and Daddy do... Seriously he loves helping out. He will clean, fold laundry, help fix stuff, grocery shop. He is just overall a fun, happy, sweet, helpful boy and we all love him so much!

Monday Mommy took the boys to the doctor's for Jake's 4 year well visit. He was 40 1/2 inches tall (54th percentile) and weighed 38 1/2 pounds (71st percentile). He had a good visit and was doing great, except he needed 1 shot.

Nick & Luke's Birthday Party

Sunday Mommy took the boys to My Gym for Nick and Luke's birthday party. Nick D is Jake's friend and Luke (nick's brother) is in Jarrett's class at school and seem to be friends. As much as 2 year olds are friends I guess. :-)

Jake's 4th Birthday Party- NY

Saturday afternoon we had Jake's 4th birthday party at the house. It was a Star Wars theme. He had lots of friends from school and karate come.

A Jedi even came to do some Jedi training. the boys all had fun with this. The Jedi was there for an hour and a half and some kids would stay training the whole time and others would come and go. They really liked the magic he did at the end.
