Daddy's Week Away...
Daddy had to go to Santa Rosa again this week. He had some fun, celebrated Ralph's birthday and got lots of work done...
At home we played and had friends over almost every day! The boys helped Mommy vote for the school budget and got some treats on the way out.
After Karate on Tuesday Jake went to Pizza and Pasta with Griffin and then to watch Peyton play soccer and helped Adam vote. So Jake got to go vote twice!
The boys slept funny still...
Jake had basketball.
Thursday morning Jarrett had his school birthday celebration and the teachers let Jake come in to help him celebrate.
That day Mommy was babysitting Ben Simmons, and when they picked the boys up from school Suzanne locked her keys in the car so Mommy and all the boys waited with her for a long time while the nice police man opened her car.
Somehow Jarrett got hurt and needed ice for his head.
Mommy decorated the house Thursday night for Jarrett's birthday on Friday morning.
That morning he opened his gifts, Taryn went to school and the boys watched some TV together before Mommy took Jake to school and Jarrett to the Dr for his 3 year check up. Then Mommy made Jarrett another Despicable 3 Minion cake for his celebration that night.
That afternoon Jarrett fell asleep in the car and didn't wake up when Mommy took him out... but she figured that was OK since Daddy was still only halfway through his trip home. That night for dinner Jarrett did not want to go out to eat he only wanted mac & cheese for dinner, but since Daddy was stuck in lots of traffic on the way home from the airport Mommy took the kids to Peachwave for ice cream where they saw the Thurmeiers.
Daddy finally made it home after bedtime, but the kids were all still awake to say goodnight.
The next morning we celebrated with the cake for breakfast!
