Fireman Day at Jarrett's School

 Jarrett was very excited about Fireman Pat coming to visit his school.

Harry Chapin 10k and Fall Festival

Sunday morning Mommy and Suzanne ran the Harry Chapin Run Against Hunger thinking it was a nice flat course... it was not and they had even bigger hills than the day before. But they both beat their times from the day before, Mommy by  about a full minute! She finished 84th overall with a time of  52:39, an  8:30/Mile

After the race Mommy met Daddy and the boys at Jarrett's school Fall Festival. They had lots of fun! Then the Grieve family came over to watch the football game.

Sleepy Hollow 10k and Soccer

 Saturday morning the family all went down to Sleepy Hollow for Mommy's 10K the Sleepy Hollow "Run For Your Life" race. She did very well with a time of 53:40, 8:40 mile. The course was a difficulty very hilly course, but it was a great race because there were lots of people out cheering and it was a fun atmosphere.This was the description at sign up...Enjoy a remarkable course that takes you through Historic Sleepy Hollows treasured sights including a stretch along the Hudson River with views of the Headless Horseman Bridge, Sleepy Hollow Cemetery and the Old Dutch Church. You never know what's lurking on the course in Sleepy Hollow...... You can see the elevation changes from my phone app, but I forgot to turn it off so the time is off.

 After the race they went straight to soccer for Jake's soccer game and pictures. They don't normally play with goalies, bu they had bigger nets that day so they did. Jake loved it and did very well.

Nate's 3rd Birthday

 Friday night while Taryn and Jake were at gymnastics, Jarrett was bowling at his friend Nate's birthday party.

Yorktown Street Fair, Football Game, and Paquettes!

 Sunday was very busy, Mommy ran in the morning with Suzanne, then Daddy went to the Jets game with friends from work while Mommy took the kids to the Yorktown Street Fair and then afterwards they headed to the Thurmeier's for a BBQ in honor of the Paquettes visiting!

 The kids were awesome at the fair and enjoyed going to all the booths. They even got o find out cool stuff about the ambulance.

 The evening was great because they got to see friends and catch up, but there was a downside. Mommy had to pull this tick off Jarrett's back and couldn't even get the head all the way out!!!

Cousin Day

 Saturday the family went up to Rachel and Dave's to hang out with the cousins! They had lots of great food and fun! Aunt Angela took some pictures of the kids there. I'll have to post them once I get them!

Sesame Street Live

 Friday the kids didn't have school so Mommy took the them to the county center to see Sesame Street Live. They had a great time, even Taryn and Jake who were not excited about going to a "baby show."
