Taryn has Pierced Ears!

Saturday while Jake was playing baseball Taryn decided it was boring and she was definitely ready to pierce her ears. So Mommy and Jarrett went with her to the JV mall and she did it! Mommy thought she might not go through with it, but she did and she was so brave! She didn't cry or even flinch!

Spring Soccer and Baseball Start

Saturday was the start of both soccer and baseball. Daddy is coaching Jake in both again. He lost his shirt so he is now number 18 in soccer. Jarrett and Taryn have also had fun at soccer playing with their friends.

I(n baseball there was no number 5 so Jake chose #3. Uncle Tj is helping Daddy coach again this year.

Girl Scouts

It's been busy with Taryn's girl scout troop lately. One night a few troops got together to make dog and cat toys, treats, bedding etc for the SPCA
And there was the Spring Fling dance (where Taryn actually danced!).

And then the Juliet Gordon Low fair.

Mommy's Myrtle Beach Trip

Saturday morning Mommy left for Myrtle beach with her friends, but not before making sure everyone helping out with the kids knew what to do. Once they got there they had to go straight to pick up their bibs for the Diva half marathon.
Daddy treated the kids to a fun night of McDonalds and Peachwave and they found the first of the gifts Mommy had hid around the house in their scavenger hunts.

The next morning Mommy had to wake up at 5AM to get ready for the half! She ended up running for most of the time with a new friend named Amanda from down there. It was a really fun race for her and she was very proud.

Back at home the kids were hard at work with Daddy!
and were rewarded with King Buffet for dinner.

The rest of the trip for Mommy and her friends did not have great weather, but they got to go to trivia night, dinner, the spa and the outlets, so it was a good trip even if it wasn't sunny and warm!

Grandma and grandpa came to help Daddy watch the kids while he was at work.
