Bowling with Daddy

Taryn has been dying to go bowling, so Daddy took the kids Saturday afternoon. Taryn was very excited to beat everyone, even Daddy!

Mystic Aquarium

 Friday morning they woke up, had a nice breakfast at the hotel and headed to Mystic Aquarium. They had fun seeing and touching all the sea-life, and holding birds on little sticks. Then they had to head home because Daddy ended up being able to come home a day early!

Mystic, Connecticut

Daddy was still in LA so after the Dinosaur Place Mommy and the kids decided to check into a hotel and stay overnight in Mystic, Ct.  These kids are getting good at traveling that's for sure. 

Once they got their room they got changed and headed to a local favorite for lobster, Abbott's Lobster in the Rough. They got the New England special that had, chowder, lobster, steamers, shrimp cocktail and much more. Daddy sent us a selfie of him and his friends having coffee in LA. 

 After dinner they walked around historic Mystic, got ice cream at the Drawbridge ice  cream place and then candy from the candy shop.

 When they got back to the hotel they got hot chocolate and played some board games before watching the Parent Trap and settling into bed.

The Dinosaur Place

 Thursday Mommy and the kids left Grandma and Grandpa's to go to the Dinosaur Place in Connecticut. It had a splash park, playgrounds, big dinosaurs, a maze and a volcano that erupts every hour.
